This Privacy Policy explains how ABRALEAD LLC (“AbraLead,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through the AbraLead missed-call response service and its SMS messaging program. AbraLead provides this service on behalf of the local businesses that use our platform. When you call a business that uses AbraLead and the call goes unanswered, you may receive a text from that business’s AbraLead number. Questions? Contact support@abralead.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to respond to your inquiry and help schedule service: your phone number, any name or contact details you share, the content of your messages, and records of your call and your messaging preferences (including opt-out requests). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

2. SMS Messaging and Consent

You receive messages only because you called a business that uses AbraLead. When your call is not answered, that business’s AbraLead number sends a text to the number you called from to help with your request. There is no keyword to text in and no signup form; your call is your consent. These are service replies to your call, not marketing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. 3. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your call, help schedule or route your request to the business you contacted, and honor your messaging preferences. We do not use it for marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only with the business you called and with the service providers needed to deliver the messages, such as our messaging platform. We do not sell or rent it.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates, both internal and external.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve your request, honor your preferences, and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Choices

Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. To access, correct, or delete your information, email support@abralead.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy and will revise the date above when we do.
