SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the AbraLead SMS messaging program, operated by ABRALEAD LLC (“AbraLead”) on behalf of the businesses that use our platform. By calling a participating business and receiving our reply, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. The Program

AbraLead is an automated assistant that texts you back when your call to a participating business goes unanswered, to understand your request and help schedule or route it. The program is two-way: you can reply, and messages may include a link or a callback number. These are service replies to your call, not marketing.

2. Consent

You are messaged only because you called the business first. There is no keyword to text in and no signup form; your call is your consent. Messages go only to the number that placed the call.

3. Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you contact the business again.

Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@abralead.com. STOP and HELP are handled automatically.

5. Privacy

We do not sell or rent your information, and mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do.
